Guidelines & Instructions
Before You Arrive:
Pre-booking is essential. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to get changed and
settled.
What to Bring:
Swimwear (essential).
Two towels (one to sit on inside the sauna to maintain hygiene, and one to dry off
with).
A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Flip-flops/sandals for walking outside to the cold shower.
Sauna Etiquette:
Please shower before entering the sauna.
Always sit on a towel while inside the sauna.
Respect other guests during social sessions to ensure a relaxing environment for
everyone.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We operate a strict 5-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to change or
cancel your booking, please do so at least 5 hours before your session start time via your
confirmation email to receive a full refund or transfer your slot. Cancellations made within 5
hours of the session are non-refundable.
